발전기나 인버터, UPS, 산업용 전기기기등의 실부하 시험설비로서 역률이 1인 저항부하와 0.8 또는 기타의 역률이 소요되는 R-L부하로 나눌 수 있다. 용량별 TAP을 인출하여 단계별 용량선택이 자유롭고, 자동 또는 수동으로 시험할 수 있는 설비이다.
